I attended Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre after speaking with NHS 111. The service was good. The nurses were very thorough and I had an X-ray quite quickly. I was happy with the level of care I received.

Seen quickly by nice staff

December 2, 2024
My experience at Solihull Hospital's Urgent Treatment Centre was very good. I was a walk in patient and used the minor injuries service. The staff were very nice and I was happy with the service. The department itself was very clean, calm and quiet. It was a much nicer experience than attending an A&E department.

A good walk in minor injuries service

November 25, 2024
I went in to the minor injuries unit as a walk in patient with hand pain. I did not wait long to be seen. They were very thorough and I had an x-ray. They could not detect any problems and told me to go to my GP if the pain persists. I was happy with the service.
