Brilliant service, fantastic staff

November 7, 2024
This service is brilliant. The staff were fantastic and sent me to Heartlands A&E urgently as they can't do ECGs. They made sure to update the system so they knew I was coming.

Helpful receptionist booked me an appointment

November 7, 2024
I walked in and it was very busy. The receptionist was very helpful and booked me and appointment for later on in the day. I had to leave and come back later but I live nearby so this isn't a problem. I am happy with the service so far.

Friendly reception staff but miserable clinician

October 6, 2024
I was checked in quickly by a friendly receptionist. I didn’t wait too long to be called, however the clinician was so miserable, it was a Sunday but still. She didn’t introduce herself at all and just said sit down. I had no idea if she was a nurse or doctor. The least we can expect is an introduction. She really didn’t want to be there.

I visited the urgent treatment centre at Solihull Hospital to see a doctor. The service was great, I was seen in a timely fashion and I was happy with the treatment provided by the doctor who was very good.

An excellent service that\'s easy to access

September 27, 2024
The UTC at Solihull Hospital provide a fantastic service. With it being impossible to get an appointment with my own GP I have had to use this service a number of times. Appointments are easy to book online. The doctors I have seen have been excellent and I have never had too long of a wait.

Referred on to Heartlands Hospital

September 25, 2024
The nurses at the minor injuries unit have been great, I was seen very quickly and assessed. It is disappointing that I have now been referred on to Heartlands Hospital to see a doctor and that you cannot be referred to see a doctor at Solihull Hospital. I have been given a letter to hand in at Heartlands A&E so hopefully this means I will be seen quicker there.
